The young and talented Neeraj Chopra has consistently clinched gold medals in various international Championships and tournaments. This is an immensely significant moment for our country, as he becomes the first-ever Indian athlete to secure a gold medal at the World Athletics Championship.

The Championship took place in Budapest, Hungary, and the competition was intense and nerve-wracking. Neeraj's competitor, Arshad Nadeem from Pakistan, gave a tough fight with his season-best throw of 87.82 meters in his third attempt.

Neeraj showcased his excellence with throws of 86.32m, 84.64m, and 87.73m in his third, fourth, and fifth attempts, respectively. On the other hand, Nadeem's throws of 87.15m in his fourth and fifth attempts were deemed foul throws.

The Medal tally stands with Neeraj Chopra securing the top position, followed by Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem with the silver medal, and Jakub Vadlejch from Prague, Czech, with the bronze.
